Due to COVID-19 we ask that patients do not come into the practice due to the risk of infection, so please call the practice first. After 6.30pm, if you have COVID-19 symptoms use NHS 111 at https://111.nhs.uk/covid-19/. Only call 111 if you can’t get help online.
Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, the surgery is reducing the number of face to face appointments and conducting telephone and video consultations as an alternative method of initial contact with our patients.
If you have symptoms associated with coronavirus including a new continuous cough and a high temperature, you are advised to stay at home and call the practice for further advice on 0207 607 8259
If your symptoms are serious, or get worse, NHS 111 has an online coronavirus service that can tell you if you need further medical help and advise you what to do.
Only call 111 direct if you are advised to do so by the online service or cannot go online.

The Medical Centre opened in 1994 on Holloway Road - between Drayton Park and Liverpool Road - in wheelchair accessible premises.
We have a dedicated team of doctors, nurses, allied health care professionals and admin staff who take pride in offering the highest standard of patient-centered healthcare.
In addition to diagnosis and treatment of illness, health promotion and screening the practice offers a wide range of medical services.

TESTING for COVID19
If you have symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19), you can ask for a test to check if you have the virus. This is called an antigen test.

There is another type of test (antibody test) that checks if you've already had the virus. This test is not available yet
Cancer Reasearch UK
It is concerning that patients who might have symptoms that could be cancer, or changes unusual for them, are not seeking help from their GP during the pandemic. To complement the NHS public awareness campaigns aimed at encouraging people to continue presenting to primary care, we have launched a short UK-wide film this week on daytime TV and Facebook. The film reinforces the importance of people contacting their GP without delay if they are worried about changes that are unusual for them or symptoms which could be cancer. P

Your health, wellbeing and dignity are central to everything we do. We will provide you with advice and treatment in a timely manner, and help you make decisions about your health by treating you as an equal.
Patient Access is our online service which will enable you to:
- book / cancel appointment
- order repeat prescriptions
- view your medical records
- change your contact details
In order to use our online services you must
- be a fully registered patient
- have an NHS number
- be 16 years or older
- have a letter from us with your personalised access codes.
To get this letter you need to come to reception and ask for 'Registration for Patient Access' (remember to bring some form of ID).
Once you have the access code and instructions you can connect to the Patient Access website at any time and register.
Choose the right NHS service
By choosing the NHS service that can best treat your symptoms you will help reduce the pressure on services like A&E.
Remember: A&E is only for life-threatening illnesses and injuries.

During the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the safety of our patients, partners, staff and driver companions is our primary concern, and we continue to follow government guidelines closely.
Our service is already well equipped to deal with, and react to COVID-19 safely and efficiently. As a standard, our MediCab® vehicles have the following in place:
- Ambulance deep-cleaned regularly.
- Hosted by drivers companions fully trained in Infection Control.
- Driver companions carry an Infection Control Kit including; disinfection sprays and disinfection wipes, and antibacterial hand-sanitizer.
In addition to this, we have put in place our COVID-19 guidelines.
